Obligations of citizens and taxpayers when submitting inquiries and requests to the Tax Administration:

When making an inquiry, it is necessary to submit a valid OIB (Personal Identification Number) or present yourself with a personal identification document in accordance with the Tax Administration Act

Send a clear, specific and precise inquiry that will contain all the necessary information.
*NOTE: Citizens are not provided with information relating to the tax procedure via e-mail because it is not possible to undeniably establish the identity of the person sending the inquiry/request, and the inquiries are answered in general, based on the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
Requests regarding personal tax status or specific tax procedure are received and resolved both through the Single Portal of the Tax Administration ePorezna and through mobile application mPorezna by logging into the eCitizens digital portal by identifying users with credentials where it is possible to undeniably establish the identity of the applicant.
