How to register?
User registration for the purposes of using the CESOP system for the delivery of data by payment service providers, in accordance with the provisions of Council Directive (EU) 2020/284 of 18 February 2020 amending Directive 2006/112/EC as regards introducing certain requirements for payment service providers, is carried out in such a way that potential users-payment service providers access the CESOP portal of the Tax Administration of the Republic of Croatia, where they fill in the form with the requested information about the payment service provider.
After filling out the form, the potential users submit a request for registration. The request is saved in the database pending the approval of the Tax Administration official. If the Tax Administration official approves the request, the user will receive a notification of approval and a username and password by e-mail. In case of rejection of the request, the Tax Administration will issue a decision on its rejection and deliver it by regular mail to the payment service provider.

For additional questions, you can contact us at email address: cesop@porezna-uprava.hr
[1] BIC is the preferred method of identification because it guarantees the uniqueness of the entity. If you do not have a BIC and use the "Other" type, enter an identifier unique to your entity. In case of entering multiple registrations with the same registration number, only one will be accepted.
[2] Given that one entity can have only one registration, for e-mail we recommend using one address that is specialized for CESOP communication. In case it is necessary to change the contact person, then the e-mail address should also be changed.
