About Tax Administration

Tax Administration is a uniform and independent administrative organisation within the Ministry of Finance whose basic task is the application of tax regulations and regulations pertaining to the collection of contributions and monitoring of such application. The activities and internal organisation of the Tax Administration, powers, rights, obligations and responsibilities of the officials and support personnel of the Tax Administration and the resources for the work and professional training of officials are regulated by the Tax Administration Act. The names and scope of the organizational units of the Tax Administration are defined by the Regulation on the Internal Organization of the Ministry of Finance.
